The Buying Process

Arrow Photo works on a pre order system. This means that you only pay for your purchase if we have stock on hand. We keep most of our advertised products in stock. Should we not have stock of any products ordered, we will contact you to advise an expected delivery time.

The first step to making a purchase is to register for purchasing. We need to have this information so that we know who is making the purchase & where the goods will be delivered to. All information registered with us is kept confidential and will under no circumstances be disclosed to any third party.

You will then receive an e-mail confirming that you are registered with Arrow Photo and also confirming your username and password.

You can then login on the Arrow Photo website and select any products which you would like to purchase.

Once you have selected which products you would like to purchase, you can proceed to the checkout where you will be required to confirm your order with Arrow Photo.

When you have confirmed your order with us you will receive an e-mail confirming your order is ready for dispatch and you will then be required to follow the link on the e-mail we send you to make payment for your purchase.

PAYING BY CREDIT CARD
Arrow Photo use virtual card services as our payment provider for 3d secure credit cards and this is a safe method of making an online payment as it is THAWTE CERTIFIED and uses 256 BIT ENCRYPTION , which is the safest way of making an online payment. If you choose to pay for your order by credit card , your order will be ready for despatch immediately.

PAYING BY ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFER (EFT)
You can also choose to do an electronic funds transfer (EFT). If you choose to do an EFT you will be required to e-mail a copy of the proof of payment to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or fax on (011) 918 – 5492. The proof of payment must include your order number. Please take note that if you choose to pay for your purchase by EFT, your order will only be despatched once the funds have cleared into our account. Depending on the bank, an EFT can reflect almost immediately or take up to 48 hours.

PAYING BY CHEQUE OR CASH DEPOSIT
We will also accept a cheque or cash deposit. If you choose to do a cheque or cash deposit you will be required to e-mail a copy of the proof of payment to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or fax on (011) 918 – 5492. The proof of payment must include your order number. Please take note that your order will only be despatched once the funds have cleared into our account. Depending on the bank, a cheque deposit will usually take 7 working days to clear. Cash deposits should reflect the same day.

DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY TO A PHYSICAL ADDRESS VIA OUR COURIERS R100.
We use Berco Express as our courier service as they have proven to offer the most efficient and reliable service and their rates are also very reasonable. This is the fastest way for you to receive your order and depending on where you are situated, usually takes 2-3 working days to receive your order from confirmation of payment.

COLLECTION FROM OUR PREMISES - PLEASE CONFIRM STOCK BEFORE COLLECTING.
